Every single time we make sure the patient knows what their portion of the payment is going to be, so that there are no surprises after the treatment.

I think a lot of times people are concerned about going to a dental office because they don’t know how their insurance works or what kind of benefit they’re going to get from it. Our front office is amazing at really being very specific about what each patient’s plan offers them. Even patients without insurance feel very comfortable know they can get the care they need regardless.
